MPW Fan Cam Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Maximum Pro Wrestling (“MPW”) Fan Cam.

By submitting a photo to the MPW Fan Cam, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About The Fan Cam

The MPW Fan Cam allows fans to upload photos for possible display on venue screens during live Maximum Pro Wrestling events.

The Fan Cam is operated by Wenlock-Simpson Management LTD on behalf of Maximum Pro Wrestling.

2. Eligibility

You may only submit content if:

• you own the image or have permission to submit it,
• the content complies with these Terms,
• and, if you are under 18, you have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Content Rules

You must not upload content that:

• is abusive, offensive or threatening,
• contains nudity or sexual content,
• contains hateful or discriminatory material,
• promotes illegal activity,
• includes copyrighted material you do not own,
• contains advertising or spam,
• or is otherwise inappropriate in MPW’s opinion.

4. Moderation

All submissions may be reviewed before display.

Maximum Pro Wrestling reserves the right to:

• approve or reject any submission,
• remove content at any time,
• restrict or ban users from participating,
• and suspend or discontinue the Fan Cam without notice.

Submission does not guarantee your image will be displayed.

5. Display Rights

By submitting a photo, you grant Maximum Pro Wrestling permission to display the image on venue screens during live events.

Fan Cam submissions are currently intended only for live event display and moderation purposes.

Uploaded Fan Cam images are typically deleted within approximately 48 hours.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you submit.

You confirm that:

• you have permission to use the image,
• the information you provide is accurate,
• and your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Limitation Of Liability

Maximum Pro Wrestling is not responsible for:

• loss of uploaded content,
• technical interruptions,
• display failures,
• or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Fan Cam.

Participation in the Fan Cam is at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Fan Cam is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
